Need Information per Railroad Men.
I am looking for any information pertaining to my grandfather Joseph Surprise and or his family.
He was a Brakeman - June 1902 - 1906, Transportation Dept., Ogdensburg Sub Division, Rouses Point, Clinton Co., NY.
His Parents names were Vitaline Elizabeth (Bessie) Fredette and Luke Surprise, Jr.
I assume that he and his parents were living around this area. Any information would be certainly appreciated. Joan Valentine

I love the aerial photos!!!  I recently heard about Frederick Remington in the news and that triggered me to do an internet search on my former home(town). I really miss the simplicity of life there. Now I'm married and my daughter Rose Mandile has married a fine fellow from Chateguay, can you believe it . Thanks for maintaining such a lovely site.
