Thank you for reading this! There are many things I would like to know...I am researching for a biography of American sculptor Sally James Farnham (1869-1943, http://www.sallyjamesfarnham.org). I have a letter written by Mr. Shrady to the children of Sally Farnham following her death in 1943. It is a beautiful condolence letter which refers to their early friendship in Ogdensburg. I would like to know how Shrady came to Ogdensburg and if he was the brother of Henry Merwin Shrady, who apparently was a mentor to Farnham. Any information or where to find information would be greatly appreciated!! Many, many thanks! |
