I am the great granddaughter of Adolph Corrice, but through his son Alfred Charles Corrice whom he gave up for adoption. Not many in the Corrice family know that Adolph was married to Bessie Bell Yerdon before he married Eliza Gilmour, and that he had a son. His divorce decree with Bessie stated he was not legally allowed to remarry, but he apparently did anyway. I'd love to chat more about the Corrice family and this best-kept secret! | ||
