Looking for more information on Gaffneys, Keenans, Hammills, Savages, or Guyettes. Thomas Gaffney arrived in NY from England before 1836 when he married Elizabeth Keenan from Ireland. They settled in the Brasher area. Their son Matthew Gaffney married Bridget Savage and moved to Lawrence. The Gaffneys have since spread and the names above are related to the family's. Any information, leads or links would be helpful. |

I recently learned that my Cornelia Guyette was born May 1, 1833 in Malone, NY. Her father was Charles Guyette and her mother was ? Younge. Cornelia died in Ogdensburg Oct 27, 1919. She was married to Peter Harris born Aug 1825 in Canada and died May 12, 1901 in Ogdensburg. It would be wonderful to find a connection with this family. |

Patrick moved to Waterford, RAcine, WI by 1852 and posted "Missing Friends" message looking for the other family members--some having moved to Ogdensburg. |
